Terms of service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of ADIOffice (the "service"), operated by deKoning Technologies, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK 42186582) ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- ADIOffice will never ask for your RSA or MyEDT login details. It works independently of the Road Safety Authority's systems.
2. Free trial and payment
- Signing up is free and doesn't need a card. Your first 3 months are free.
- Founding members (the first 50 instructors to sign up) then pay €15 a month, billed monthly. We guarantee this price won't increase for 2 years. This is a price guarantee, not a minimum term: you can still cancel any month.
- Nothing is charged automatically when your trial ends: you choose whether to continue. You can cancel at any time; there is no contract.
- There are no booking fees, and we take no fees from your lessons.
3. Your data
- Everything you add to ADIOffice stays yours. We only use it to provide the service (see our privacy policy).
- You're responsible for having a lawful basis to keep your students' information, and for the accuracy of the lesson records you submit to the RSA. ADIOffice keeps your own records; it doesn't submit anything to the RSA for you.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use ADIOffice to break the law, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, or to try to access other people's accounts or data.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep ADIOffice available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly affects you, we'll tell you in advance.
6. Ending your account
You can stop using ADIOffice at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email support@adioffice.ie.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer or data protection law that applies to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
