Who owes you what, at a glance

Every unpaid lesson is listed in one place, oldest first, with the student and the amount. When a student pays, tap Paid, choose how they paid, and it moves to their history.

• A clear outstanding list across all your students.
• Each student's page shows what they owe and their recent payments.
• Filter the payments to a single student when you need to go through them together.

A payment for every lesson

Record a payment with the lesson date, length and amount, as paid or still to pay. Set your standard lesson price once and the amount is worked out for you from the lesson length.

• Add a payment straight from a booked lesson: the date, length and lesson type are filled in for you.
• Paid lessons show as paid on your schedule.
• Record how it was paid (cash, Revolut, card or bank transfer) and when.
• Change any payment later, or delete one entered by mistake.
• Payments logged on the day keep the order you added them in.

Paid your way, with no fees

ADIOffice doesn't sit between you and your students' money. There's no payment system you have to use, no processing fee and no waiting for a payout. Cash, bank transfer, Revolut or card: you record it, and the money is already yours.

Safe to show a student

The payments screen only shows lessons and amounts, never your income or profit. Go through what a student owes with them on your phone, without worrying about what else is on the screen.
