Cancel the lesson in your schedule, choose who should hear about it, and send. No group texts, no back and forth.

Questions about last-minute cancellations
Who gets the cancellation emails?
Only students who asked for them: they tick it when requesting a lesson on your booking page, or you switch it on for a student who said yes. Every email has a link to stop them, and a student gets at most 3 a week.
What happens when two students want the same time?
The first student to tap Book this lesson gets it, and is booked straight away. Anyone after them sees that it's been taken. Two students can never be booked into the same time.
Can I offer a different time than the one that was cancelled?
Yes. Cancelling a lesson in the next 7 days gives you a cancellation credit, and you can use it on any open slot this week, not just the cancelled one.
Do I have to use it?
No. It's there when a lesson is cancelled at short notice and you'd like to fill it. If you never use it, nothing is ever sent.
