Open the schedule and you see today straight away: booked lessons, open slots, requests waiting for an answer and holidays, each in its own colour. Swipe between days or jump to any week.

• Set your working hours for each day once, with your usual lesson length, a daily break and the travel time you need between lessons.
• Your bookable slots appear by themselves, every week.
• Holidays for whole days or a few hours: bank holidays, a dentist appointment or two weeks away.
• Remove or move a slot on one day only. Cancel a lesson and the slots underneath come back as they were.

Book a student in seconds

Tap an open slot, pick the student (or type a new name) and choose the lesson type: an EDT lesson, a mock test or the driving test. New learners are added to your students automatically.

• Lessons can start at any minute, so a test at 11:20 fits exactly.
• Add a slot outside your usual hours whenever you need one.
• Move a lesson to a new time and the student is emailed the change.
• A warning if a lesson leaves you less than your usual travel time, so you're not rushing across town.

An optional online booking page

Share your own booking link with learners and they can request lessons from the open times in the next 12 weeks. Nothing is booked until you say so: you confirm or decline each request from your phone.

• Students see open times only, never anyone else's details.
• Choose how much notice you need (from 2 hours to 3 days) and how many requests a slot can take.
• Confirming a request adds the learner to your students and declines anyone else who asked for that time.
• No booking fees and no upfront card payments: students pay you the way they always have.

Reminders students confirm

Fewer no-shows and fewer texts to send. Switch reminders on and ADIOffice does the rest.

• At 18:00 the evening before, each student gets a reminder with a Yes, I'll be there button.
• Your schedule shows who confirmed: light green until they do, dark green after.
• Optional: one summary of tomorrow at 20:00, with who hasn't answered yet.

The emails are sent for you

Students get a clear email at every step, from your business name, with your contact details at the bottom.

• Request received, lesson confirmed or declined, moved or cancelled.
• A calendar invite in each lesson email, so the lesson lands in their Google, Outlook or Apple calendar, and moves with it.
• You get an email for every new request, with a link straight to it.

A lesson cancelled at short notice? Offer the slot to students who want cancellations, and the first to tap is booked.
